Your manager, in your pocket.
You bring the outing, Agaza takes the rest: the post comes out ready, the bookings record themselves, people check in by code, and the money you'll collect is on screen before the day starts.
Free right now, and no commission on any booking.

The same day, twice.
The outing itself is the easy part. What wears you down is the day around it — scroll down and watch it sort itself out.
10 am
Without Agaza
The first “when's the next outing?” arrives, then twenty more — each one waiting for its own reply.
With Agaza
One link in the bio answers them all: every outing coming up, kept current on its own.
2 pm
Without Agaza
The post gets made three times: square for Instagram, tall for the story, text for WhatsApp.
With Agaza
The outing is written once, and all three come out ready, the booking link inside each.
7 pm
Without Agaza
Someone asks “am I booked?”, and the name is lost somewhere between the notes and the chats.
With Agaza
Every booking lands in one list, and the name is there in a second.
Outing morning
Without Agaza
The count is on paper, it doesn't add up, and nobody knows who hasn't paid.
With Agaza
What's expected and what's still to collect, on screen before the day starts.
2The link
One link with your name, for the bio and every reply.
Your page on agaza.fun holds every outing you have coming up, and the page updates itself the moment an outing goes live or a date fills.
your.name
Everything you have coming up, always current.
agaza.fun/h/your.name
You bring the outing. Agaza carries the rest.
From the first idea to the reviews after everyone goes home — the work around the outing runs itself.
3The day
The whole day of your outing, on one screen.
The Today screen in the app opens on what needs you now, and if a guest cancels the first person on the waiting list takes the seat with nobody lifting a finger.
Before the outing
Who's coming
The seats booked, who has checked in, and who is still on the way.
As people arrive
Check-in by code
The ticket to the camera and the counter moves itself — and it works with no signal.
At the end of the day
The day's money
What's expected before the day starts, and what's left to collect falls with every ticket.
4The record
Your record on Agaza speaks before you do.
Every outing adds a number to your record: how many you've run and how many came out with you — and it's the same record a guest reads before booking.
Real reviews
Only from the people whose code was scanned, and one public reply to each.
The day's numbers
Your show-up rate, the seats you filled, and what was collected on the day.
And in time
Once the record is long enough, your outings go live with no review at all.
And the small things in the app that carry your day
Drafts save themselves Close the app halfway through and the outing waits at the same spot.
A new date for the same outing Added in seconds, with its photos and details as they were.
The outing through a guest's eyes A full preview before it goes live, and nothing in it can be booked.
Trips, not only day outings A day-by-day plan, where people sleep, transport, and the deposit.
Scanning works with no signal Tickets are held on the phone and sent the moment it's back.
Guests' questions The question reaches you, and your answer shows on the outing.
Collections of outings A few outings in one story, and people come back to finish it.
Reminders at the right time A nudge the day before, and if anyone came and was never scanned.
Questions that come up first
What does Agaza take from an outing?
Not a piastre right now — the app is free for hosts, with no commission on any booking and no monthly fee. If that ever changes, we'll say so well before it does.
How does the money work?
Guests pay you in your hand on the day, exactly as it works now. Agaza never holds your money and has no claim on it — the app only works out what's expected and what's been collected, so the count is clear.
Who sees my guests' numbers?
Only you, and only on the day of the outing, and every time a number is opened it's logged. The numbers are never shown to anyone else or published anywhere.
How does starting work?
Get the app, then send a photo of your ID and a one-minute video along with the first outing you have in mind. Someone on the team reads it, and the outing goes live the moment the application is accepted.
Can an outing be for women only?
Yes — while you create the outing there's a “women only” option, and with it on only women can book.
What about the audience I already have?
It stays yours, exactly as it is. The link goes in your groups and your bio the way it does today; the only difference is that the booking happens in the app instead of in your messages.
Start in three steps
Get Agaza
The app is free on iPhone and Android.
Apply to host
A photo of your ID and a video of a minute at most — only the admins ever see them.
Your first outing goes live
Its details and date go in with the application, and it reaches people the moment you're approved.
Shall we start with the first one?
Get Agaza and apply to host from inside the app — your first outing goes in with the application.
The app is on its way to the stores.
