What Agaza is not

Agaza is not the organiser, operator, employer, or supervisor of any outing.

We do not control creators, direct what they do, or supervise how they run an outing.

We do not inspect, insure, or approve the places outings happen.

A creator is an independent person using Agaza to find guests — not our employee or partner.

Money: we take none and hold none

Agaza charges no commission and takes no fee, from anyone.

No payment passes through the app. The price shown is information only — you pay the creator directly, normally in cash on the day.

We do not process, hold, guarantee, or refund any payment, and we cannot reverse one.

If you and a creator disagree about money, that is between the two of you. We will not arbitrate it, and we have no power to. Safety and conduct problems are different — report those to us.

Trips with nights away

Some listings are trips of one or more nights, with travel and somewhere to sleep arranged by the creator. Everything above still applies to them, and a few things matter more.

A deposit is paid directly to the creator, before the date, outside Agaza. We never see it, hold it, or route it. The amount and the creator’s terms are shown on the listing for your information only, and we are not a party to them.

Each trip carries the creator’s own cancellation terms, written by them. We do not enforce those terms and we do not settle disputes about them.

Transport and accommodation are arranged by the creator. We do not inspect, approve, or insure either, and we make no representation about them. You may be sharing a room with other guests.

A creator running a trip went through the same application as one running a day out: an administrator looked at a photograph of their identity document, their two phone numbers, and the listing. As the safety section explains, that is not a check on the person. Separately, a creator’s first trip is looked at before it goes live even when their day outs already publish instantly — again, a look at the listing, not an investigation of the person.

Safety: tools, not guarantees

We give you tools to choose more safely. We do not promise that you will be safe.

Before anyone may post an outing, one of our administrators looks at a photograph of their national ID or passport, the two phone numbers they gave, and the outing itself. That is one person looking at a photograph.

It is not a check on the person. We do not check the document against any government register, we do not match the name against any record, and we run no biometric, liveness, age, background, criminal-record, competence, or insurance check of any kind. Agaza does not verify anyone’s identity.

So do not rely on it. The fact that a document was submitted, or looked at, is not a reason to be less careful than you would otherwise be, and it does not mean we are telling you a creator is who their document says. We will never describe a person as verified, vetted, or checked. "Has hosted before" means only that — they have run outings and people turned up.

Reviews come from people who actually attended, confirmed by a check-in scan.

Participation is at your own risk and your own judgement. You are meeting people you do not know, in a place we have not inspected, doing something we do not supervise.

Who may use Agaza

You must be 16 or older. You tell us your date of birth and we take you at your word.

You sign in with an Apple or Google account. We do not verify your phone number.

One account per person.

Creating an outing

Anyone may apply to become a creator. Applying and being approved are not the same thing, and you can use all of Agaza as a guest without ever applying.

You apply once, with everything at once: a photograph of your national ID or passport, your own phone number, an emergency number with the name of whoever answers it, and the outing you want to run. One administrator reads all of it and gives one answer.

Being approved makes you a creator and publishes that outing in the same moment. After that, what you post goes live without being read first — except a first trip with nights away, which is always looked at. If you are turned down we tell you why, nothing is granted, and you may fix it and apply again.

By applying you confirm that the document is genuine, unaltered, and yours; that both numbers are correct and reachable; and that, where the emergency number is not your own, the person it belongs to knows we hold their name and number for this purpose and has agreed. Sending someone else’s document, an altered one, or a number you have no right to give is a serious breach: the application is refused, and we may close your account.

We use your document to decide that one application, and to identify you if a safety complaint is later made about an outing you ran. Nothing else. It is stored privately, only you and an administrator can open it, and it never appears on your profile, in a listing, or anywhere another user can reach.

We keep it for as long as your account exists — including if your application was refused — and it is deleted when you delete your account. Whether we may keep it that long, and on what legal basis, is one of the points still under legal review.

You are responsible for your outing: that it is legal, described truthfully, that you turn up, and how you behave.

That standing can be taken away. If a complaint against you is upheld, your outings go back to being read before they go live, or your creator access is suspended.

Only a woman may create a ladies-only outing. Publishing one shows your name on it, which reveals it is a ladies-only outing; nothing else about your gender is ever shown.

If you change the price, meeting point, or time after people have booked, every guest is told and may cancel with no penalty.

Joining an outing

Reserving a seat is a commitment to someone who is counting on you.

Cancelling more than 12 hours before costs you nothing. Cancelling later is recorded and, repeated, may quietly reduce how much you can book at once. It is a soft signal — we will not ban you for it.

If a creator changes the outing after you booked, your cancellation is free whatever the timing.

Phone numbers

A creator can always see who booked their outing: your name, photo, seats, and when you booked.

Your phone number becomes visible to them only around the outing — from 12 hours before it starts until 6 hours after it ends — and the same applies in reverse.

Every time a number is revealed we record it, and you can see who accessed yours.

Your gender, date of birth, and exact location are never shared with anyone.

Use these numbers to organise the day. Using them for anything else is a breach of these Terms.

Behaviour, reporting, and blocking

Do not harass anyone, discriminate, or post anything false, illegal, or sexual. Do not use Agaza to sell things or collect contacts.

Do not impersonate anyone, and never use another person’s identity document, name, or phone number as your own.

You can report a creator, an outing, a review, or a person, and say why.

You can block anyone. They are not told, they will no longer see you, and they cannot join outings you run.

Blocking never removes anyone’s booking or attendance, so it cannot be used to take someone’s seat.

Your account and deleting it

You can delete your account in the app. Your name, photo, phone, date of birth, location, interests and any identity document you uploaded are removed — the image file itself is deleted, not merely unlinked — and your sign-in is released, so signing up again starts a genuinely new account. Any application you had open is closed.

The record that an attendance happened, your bookings, and reviews you wrote are kept with your name removed, because other people’s ratings and counts depend on them. Deleting those would rewrite other people’s history.

If something goes wrong

Agaza is provided as is. We do not promise the app is uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not responsible for what happens at an outing — injury, loss, damage, or the conduct of any creator or guest — because we do not run, supervise, or inspect them.

Looking at a creator’s identity document does not change that. It is not a check on the person, we make no representation about who they are, and it is not a promise about how they will behave.

Nothing here removes a right you have under Egyptian law that cannot be removed by agreement.

Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we will show you the new version and ask you to accept it before you continue. We record which version you accepted and when.
