What we collect

Your name and photo, so people know who they are meeting.

Your email, to sign you in.

Your phone number, so you can be reached on the day of an outing.

Your date of birth, only to check you are 16 or older. Never shown to anyone.

Your gender, which decides whether you can see ladies-only outings. Never shown to anyone.

Your interests and free days, to choose which outings to show you.

The app colours and the light or dark mode your phone is on, to see which colour sets people actually use. We read it only as totals.

Approximate location, if you allow it, to show outings near you. The app works without it.

Only if you apply to run outings: photographs of both sides of your national ID, a video of up to a minute, your confirmed phone number, and an emergency number with the name on it. You can use all of Agaza as a guest without any of these.

If you apply to run outings

Your ID photos and your video are stored privately, and only an administrator can open them — once sent, not even your own account can. They are never shown to another user, never on your profile or in a listing, and never reachable by a link the way outing photos are.

We use them to decide your application, and to identify you if a safety complaint or an official request is later made about an outing you ran. Nothing else, and they never go into analytics.

We keep them, with the numbers and the name and email you applied under, after you delete your account — including if your application was refused. How long we may keep them is awaiting legal review.

If the emergency number belongs to a family member, please tell them we hold their name and number for this reason. They are not an Agaza user and cannot tell us themselves.

What we never do

We never show your gender or date of birth to another user, a creator, or an administrator.

We never show your ID photos, your application video or your application phone numbers to another user. The database itself refuses to hand them to any app, ours included.

We never put your phone, gender, date of birth, precise location, name, or email into analytics — this is enforced in code.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Phone numbers between people

Phone numbers are exchanged only around an outing: from 12 hours before it starts until 6 hours after it ends, in both directions.

Every reveal is recorded, and you can see who accessed your number.

Links you share

Every published outing has a public page and a link, and every approved creator has a page listing their upcoming outings, under a page name made from their name that they can change. Anyone holding a link can open these pages. They show an outing’s title, photos, dates and price, and its creator’s name and photo — never the meeting point, who is going, or anyone’s contact details.

When someone opens an outing’s link, we count it for the outing’s creator: how many opened it, on which day, and from which kind of post. To count a visitor once a day without knowing who they are, their address, browser and the day are turned into a code that cannot be turned back and changes every day; the address and browser are not stored. Only the outing’s creator sees the totals, and they are deleted after 180 days.

The agaza.fun website sets no cookies. Its host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs.

Your choices

Change your details, photo and language from your profile at any time.

Hide your upcoming outings from everyone with one switch.

Block anyone, at any time. They are not told.

Switch the free-day reminder off from your profile, and turn all notifications off from your phone's Settings.

Delete your account from inside the app.
